Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@armie.com. Returns should be sent to: ARMIE ApS, Asger Jorns Allé 11, 4th., 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark.

Returns are free of charge. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
