Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@armie.com. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for returning your item.

Return Fee

To help cover handling and return shipping costs, a return fee will be deducted from your refund:

• Denmark: DKK 49
• All other EU countries: EUR 10–15 (depending on the return location)

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 business days after we have received your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
